Nicole MoraApril 7, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team at pooches n pals love our dogs and treat them like their own! There is no one I trust more than Tanya with all 3 of our dogs. Definitely the best place if you want your dogs groomed perfectly and treated like they’re at home. Linda McquillanMarch 6, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Pooches & Pals took special care of my Frenchie Matilda “Tilly “ who I ADORE 🥰 and is Ten yrs old . They Care and it Shows they are AWSOME 🥰 Karrie LowryMarch 5, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have three chihuahuas and take them to Pooches N' Pals to see Melissa every few weeks. She is great with Chihuahuas, especially since she has a few of her own. Melissa has been grooming dogs for over 10 years, and she loves what she does. I say this because she always smiles when she sees my dogs, and they're never anxious or fight to go back with her to get pampered. Highly recommend this family-owned business, and if you do visit, definitely ask for Melissa! Ryan LatkolikFebruary 15, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brought my Olivia in today to get a pedicure. She doesn't like her nails cut. Put the brakes on as soon as we walked in. Left with a smile and a wagging tail. Highly recommend this place. Will be back. OnlyOntFishFebruary 7, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Melissa did a fantastic job! Can’t believe how good he looks I had taken him to a different groomers before -For the exact same service (the tidy up) And for the same price She did a MUCH MUCH better job Above and beyond what I was expecting actually Customer service is outstanding as well They are very responsive-Called late Friday afternoon for a Sat appointment-He was in by 9am Saturday —- My little Soots seems very proud of his haircut Highly recommend and they will definitely be his groomer from now on JennFebruary 3, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shawna did an amazing job with our dog! He is a very nervous pooch, and gets rather nervous at grooms, however, I feel comfortable knowing he’s in Shawna’s hands! She does a great job, and he always looks fantastic. She also won’t overdo it if it’s going to cause the dog distress. I much rather my dog come home slightly damp, for example, than be completely stressed out over a full dry that he couldn’t tolerate. She is very good at communicating how things went and never has a problem addressing any potential concerns. There is some incongruency on the website about pricing, policy (e.g., bringing your dog in every 3-6 weeks or having to pay an extra up to $50+ - which shouldn’t apply to double coated dogs that *shouldn’t* be bathed more than every 12 weeks), and additional add-ons, etc., which nearly steered us away from the salon. However, I would suggest checking in with the salon ahead of time – or requesting Shawna for explanation. She was able to provide a bath and tidy option which included everything and suited our needs. Actually, if it wasn’t for her, we would have went elsewhere! She is great, and my dog loves her! Request Shawna and you can rest assured that your pup is in good hands - which is helpful if you’re a nervous dog mom like me! 😊 Jen BrydenJanuary 10, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tanya is fantastic! She is kind, approachable, cares about customer service and is great dogs! She has always been great with our cockapoo and we’ve been taking her to Tanya since her very first groom! ADecember 30, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Enrique did such an amazing job! It was our first time coming here and my pup’s 3rd time grooming, but it was such a pleasant experience. Millie was groomed beautifully and I couldn’t be more grateful. It is a must go!! Thank you Enrique & Pooches N’ Pals❤️❤️ Brandy MathiasDecember 26, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I couldn't be happier that I found Pooches N' Pals!
